When will I receive my Order? 

Our Shipping Process: Once you place an order, your order will show "Awaiting Fulfillment." After your 12 hour-cancellation window has closed, your order will change to "Awaiting Shipment." Please Allow up to the 3-5 business days for Shipment. Once the order is packages and ready to be shipped, it will say "Awaiting Pickup." Once picked up by it will say "Shipped." You may check this information under "order status" in your account. 

Shipping: it usually takes 5 to 7 business days. However, it may take up to 14 business days in cases of delay unless you paid for priority or express shipping.

Address: Make sure you put in the correct address while checking out including apartment, unit, or even building number if needed. If you fail to put in the correct address and your package is returned to us as "non-deliverable", you will be charged shipping fee again before our warehouse can ship it out a second time to your correct address.

Tracking: Tracking information will be emailed to you after your order has been shipped.

Cancellation: You have up to 12 hours after your order was placed to cancel it. Pass this time period, no order cancellation will be accepted.


What if is a digital product like s subscription?


We do not offer discounts on digital products. Every digital product such as applications, softwares, or iptv subscription are final. No refunds will be issued on all kinds of digital products.


Do You Accept Returns?

Returns: Yes we do accept returns. However, in order to return a product, you need to put in a return request that needs to be accepted.

Note that each return must respect one of the conditions below:

Return conditions:


For refund or store credit, returned item must be unopened, unused, in the exact condition it was received by customer. Note that a restocking fee up to 35% will be charged to your account.

Option 2:

For replacements or repair, All returned item must be sent in original packaging + Original cables + manual in the condition it was received by the customer. This option requires a warranty with our company.

What if the Return has been accepted?

Please keep in mind that after your return is accepted you will be charged for a restocking fee. 

Restocking Fees:

- Up to 35% restocking fee will be charged to customer's account if item is return in condition it was received by customer

(Original packaging + Original cables + manual)

-       Up to 50% restocking will be charged to customer's account if item is return in bad condition which is different from condition it was originally sent to customer.

NOTE: If you return the item to one of our addresses without a return authorization or proper instructions, you will be responsible for any lost, damage, or stolen good. In addition, you will be automatically charged a 50% or higher restocking fee for all inconvenience caused to our company. 

What happens after the refund has been issued?

After refund is issued, it takes between 5-10 business days from the day the refund was issued to reflect on the customer's account.

What if the product is defective?

Each box you buy comes with a FREE 15 days replacement warranty. If you receive a product that for some reason does not work, kindly call our office at (855) 278-2269 for instructions on how to receive your free replacement. It is also important to know that unlike other companies, We have a team that hand test each device before is shipped. When an order is placed with us, we will take the product out, fully hand test it (hardware and software) and make sure every single aspect of the product is fully functional. After that we get it packaged and shipped to the client. That is why we do not offer 24 hour shipping on our products.
